Terror Alerts - Suicide Bomber Attack in Moscow Subway

Multiple female suicide bombers, believed to be linked to the Chechen rebels detonated explosive vests in the Moscow subway system this morning.  The explosion killed 38 people and wounded 60 more.  Alexander Bortnikov of the Federal Security Service called the attack an "act of terror" and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said the "terrorists" responsible for the Moscow subway attacks Monday "will be destroyed."
