Press Releases - Universal acquires two additional hybrid vehicles

2/2/2009 Universal Security Systems has added two additional hybrid passenger vehicles to its fleet, for a total of nine.  The two Toyota Prius' are added to Universal's five Ford Escape Hybrids and two existing Toyota Prius'.  Averaging over 30 and 45mpg respectively, the use of the Ford Escape Hybrids and Toyota Prius' are helping to reduce our operating costs and emissions.  Universal is committed to reducing energy consumption in all of our aspects of our operations.
